Butcher Block Acoustics - Return Policy

Returns

Butcher Block Acoustics products are warranted for a 1-year period to the original end user, against manufacturer defects only.

  1. The warranty is void if product is modified, subjected to excessive water or if the block is shipped unfinished at the request of the purchaser since the Butcher Block Acoustics have no control over the environment, installation timing or storage conditions.
  2. This warranty covers the cost of materials only.
  3. Orders for Custom Products cannot be cancelled once processed and cannot be returned.
  4. Butcher Block Acoustics reserve the right to qualify any claim on our products.
  5. Solid wood has characteristics, which are beyond the control of the manufacturer. Wood is a natural material, sensitive to environmental extremes and surrounding conditions. Just like trees, no two pieces of wood are alike and will contain naturally occurring variations in color. This cannot be considered a manufacturer defect – it is part of the unique beauty in this natural product. Installers are responsible for inspecting the product prior to installation and manufacturer defects should immediately be brought to Butcher Block Acoustics attention – failure to do so may affect the outcome of a claim. Butcher Block Acoustics is not responsible for errors or alterations from installation. It is important that a consistent humidity of 35% to 45% is maintained to insure continued stability.
  6. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Butcher Block Acoustics may pay to return replacement item(s) to the original purchase address.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@butcherblockacoustics.com and send your item to: 2928 E. 54th St. Vernon, CA 90058

Cancellations (if applicable)

We will accept cancellations with permission only and subject to 5% processing fee (order processing and credit card processing). Send us an email at sales@butcherblockacoustics.com

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2928 E. 54th St. Vernon, CA 90058

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
